Find an item on a Korean store or on 2DAY and place your order. We buy it, receive it at our warehouse in Korea, check it, pack it and send it by international courier.
Can 2DAY purchase the product for me?
Yes — that is what we do. Paste the product link from a Korean store, or search for it on 2DAY. We check the stock, place the order and receive it at our warehouse in Korea. If an item sells out or its price changes, we contact you before going ahead.
Can I buy from a Korean website that does not accept foreign cards?
Yes — the Korean store never sees your card. 2DAY places the order with the store on your behalf and pays it in Korea. You pay 2DAY with Visa, Mastercard, PayPal or another card issued outside Korea.
How much does 2DAY charge?
$1 per item, up to $10 per order, plus the costs of the order itself. You pay in two parts. When you order, you pay the product price, Korean domestic shipping and any packaging fee. The international shipping fee comes later, once your parcel has been packed and weighed, so it matches the parcel that actually ships.
Can 2DAY ship Korean products to the United States?
Yes. The United States is one of the countries we ship to, along with Canada, Japan, China, Australia, the UK, France, Singapore and more.
Can I check international shipping costs before ordering?
Yes, with the shipping calculator. Enter the destination and weight to see an estimate. The final fee is set after packing, from the actual and volumetric weight of your parcel, and you pay it only then.
Can I combine multiple Korean orders into one box?
Yes. Items from different stores, or from orders placed on different days, can leave Korea as a single package. We wait until everything has arrived at our warehouse and pack it together — or, if you prefer, send some items first.
What if an item sells out or the price changes?
We contact you before we go ahead. You can then pay the difference or get a refund for that item. Prices on Korean stores change, so it is best to check out soon after adding something to your cart.
