Where we ship The US, Canada, Japan, China, Australia, the UK, France, Singapore and more.
How you pay Visa, Mastercard, PayPal and cards issued outside Korea all work.
Combined shipping Buy from several Korean stores separately — we gather everything at our logistics center and send it together.
Shipping fee Calculated from actual and volumetric weight, and confirmed once your parcel has been packed.
From order to delivery
Order & stock check We check that your items are in stock, then place the order. If something is sold out or the price has changed, we tell you before going ahead. (About 1–3 days)
Shipped inside Korea The seller ships your items to the 2DAY logistics center in Korea. Timing depends on the store, the seller and the item. (About 1–3 days)
Inspection & packing We check every item that arrives, then pack it for international shipping. With several items, we can wait until they all arrive and pack them together. Items bought from different stores still go out as a single package. (About 1–3 days)
Pay the international shipping fee Once your parcel is packed, the fee is set from its real weight and size.
International shipping Your parcel leaves Korea as soon as the payment goes through. Customs and the local carrier can change the schedule. (About 1–7 days after dispatch)
Delivered The local carrier brings the parcel to your address.
Ways to pay less for shipping
Gather 10 kg or more The per-kilo rate usually drops from around 10 kg. Receiving one or two items at a time costs more than gathering a little longer and taking them in one parcel.
Balance volume against weight The fee uses whichever is larger, weight or volume. If your parcel holds only big, light items, add something small and heavy so the space is used well.
Don't leave the cart sitting Prices change and items sell out while a cart waits. Once you know what you want, it is best to check out quickly.

Delivery inside Korea takes longer for some items and some stores.
If an item sells out or its price changes, we contact you first.
The international shipping fee is confirmed after packing, from weight and volume.
Customs may ask for extra documents, and the rules differ by country.
